Hourly Rates and Charges are effective on all new assignments accepted on or after January 1, 2013

Hourly Rates and Charges   

Michael von Haenel: $425.00 per hour
Marc Firestone, Ph.D: $400 per hour
Staff Engineer: $225.00 per hour
Technician: $125.00 per hour
Specialist: Call for Quote

Mileage: $0.75 per mile
Photography: $2.00 per photograph
Computer Animation & Videography: Available on a case by case estimate

Expenses: Reasonable expenses necessary to the completion of the assignment
 

Deposition/Arbitration/Trial Testimony

Normally recorded Depositions, Arbitrations, and Trials are billed at the hourly rates and charges listed above.

Deposition testimony (including normally recorded, video and/or audio) will be provided only after receipt of payment for the reasonably anticipated length of time for the deposition.

Video Depositions

Video deposition testimony will be provided only with prior notice, and will be
billed at the following rates:

Staff Engineer: $400.00 per hour
Marc Firestone, Ph.D: $600 per hour
Michael von Haenel: $700 per hour
